Commitment to Inclusion

Accessibility

Chattina is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Our Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML markup throughout the application
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • ARIA labels and roles where appropriate
  • Focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Responsive design that supports zoom up to 200%

Known Limitations

As Chattina renders user-uploaded HTML artefacts, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party educational content. We encourage educators to follow accessibility best practices when creating their materials.

Feedback
